How to define Engaged Accounts and Engaged People?
Engaged Accounts are defined by the metric: Any Action → Companies This shows the number of unique companies that have performed any tracked action — such as a pageview, form fill, ad click, or other interactions — within the selected time period. It does not consider the type of action or specific goal, only whether the company engaged in some way during that timeframe.
Engaged People follow the same logic, using: Any Action → Unique Users This reflects the count of unique individuals who have taken any tracked action within the selected time period.
