# Record Count

The **record builder** supports calculating the number of users or companies that match a specific set of filters.

To configure:

1. Add a new column
2. Select **“Records Matching Filter”**
3. Define the filters to specify which users or companies should be counted

Example use cases:

* Count all companies in the *Enterprise* segment,
* Calculate the percentage of *SMB* companies with a *Closed Won* deal last quarter (using **Records Matching Filter** as the denominator).
