Customer.io

HockeyStack’s Customer.io integration lets you track campaigns, newsletters, and all associated messages directly inside your workspace. You’ll be able to see campaign emails sent, emails opened, links clicked, and more — all in one place.

How to Connect

To connect your Customer.io account:

1. Go to Settings → API & Integrations.

2. Scroll down to Customer.io under the Marketing Automation section.

3. Enter your API Key and select your Region (US or EU).

Example Use Case

After integration, you can create goals using properties pulled from Customer.io.

For example, here is a goal that tracks users who clicked an email from one of your Customer.io campaigns:

From there the goal can be used throughout the platform!
