This is a self-serve implementation — your team will own the setup end to end. The process is straightforward, but it goes smoothest when one person on your side takes point on connecting your integrations, configuring your data, and validating the output.

To get started, you'll need a CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce), at least one ad platform, and a website you can add a tracking snippet to. We support:

Once connected, your data flows in automatically — but you'll need someone on your team to own the configuration: mapping your funnel stages, touchpoint & channel, and validating the data. That's what makes the insights trustworthy. It's not difficult, but it does require someone on your team who knows your data and can dedicate time to getting it right during those first few weeks :)
