Person Level Workflows

Smoother Node Setup
We’ve polished the node setup experience to make it easier and faster:

Smoother interactions → more consistent and intuitive

Overall, setting up nodes should now feel snappier, cleaner, and more reliable.
Platform
Edit History for Goals & Reports
You can now see who created or last edited goals and reports. You can see it both in the list of goals/reports, and inside the goal/report page.


Names may appear as:
User name (Created by Mary)
Dash (–) if the user no longer exists in your instance
HockeyStack Admin for the changes made by HockeyStack support team/system changes
This makes it easy to track who’s been working on what.
Properties
We've also enabled tracking the change log for defined properties. As it's just been enabled, most of your properties don't have historical data yet. To check if there's any edits history for a specific property, open its definition and check if it's mentioned in the top right corner.
A Better Way to Determine Company Stages
We’ve tweaked how we decide which stage a company is in:
Closed Won comes first → If a company has ever reached Closed Won, that’s the stage we’ll show.
Pipeline or Closed Lost → If the company hasn't yet been closed won, we’ll show whichever of these happened most recently: Pipeline or Closed Lost
Other stages (company- or person-level) → If neither of the above applies, we’ll pick the most recent stage across all company or person activity.
This way, the stage you see always reflects the latest meaningful milestone in that company’s journey. It's both in Account Intelligence and Companies page in Marketing Intelligence.
