How It Works

  1. Connect your data — Sales Agents integrates with your CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) and call recording tool (Gong) to ingest the full history of every deal and account.

  2. Configure your motions — Define outreach strategies, assign reps, set task limits, and choose which signals matter in the Configuration.

  3. Generate context — For each deal or company, the AI builds a persistent knowledge base from all available data: CRM records, call transcripts, emails, meetings, and stakeholder details.

  4. Generate tasks — The AI analyzes context and generates specific next steps: emails to send, calls to make, LinkedIn messages to write — complete with pre-drafted content personalized to each rep's writing style.

  5. Execute and improve — Reps work through tasks. Every completion, dismissal, and outcome feeds back into the system. The recommendations get sharper over time.

Requirements

Sales Agents requires the following integrations to deliver full value:

  • CRM: Salesforce (required). HubSpot support is available for select features.

  • Call Recording: Gong (required for deal context). Without call data, agent output quality is significantly reduced.

  • Email: Email activity flowing into your CRM.

Q: Is Sales Agents a replacement for my CRM? A: No. Your CRM remains the system of record. Sales Agents sits on top of it as the workspace where reps do their daily work — managing deals, executing tasks, and following process. CRM data flows in automatically.

Q: How is this different from other AI sales tools? A: Most tools use an LLM to interpret prompts and produce best-guess outputs. Sales Agents is built on a structured data foundation that preserves the sequence and causality of every interaction across your GTM stack.
