Overview

The Meetings page shows your daily calendar view of sales meetings, sourced from your CRM. It provides AI-powered meeting prep and follow-up capabilities to help you prepare for upcoming calls and act on completed ones.

What You See

Daily Timeline

The main view is a vertical timeline organized by hour, showing all meetings for the selected day.

  • Hour grid — 24-hour timeline with hour labels on the left.

  • Current time indicator — A red dot marking the current time (visible when viewing today).

  • Auto-scroll — The view automatically scrolls to position the current time near the top.

Meeting Cards

Each meeting appears as a card on the timeline, sized proportionally to its duration. Cards show:

  • Company logo (or initials if no logo is available)

  • Company name — The primary account associated with the meeting

  • Meeting subject — The calendar event title

  • Attendees — Avatar icons for participants (up to 3 shown, with a "+N" badge for additional attendees)

  • Status badge — Color-coded by meeting state

Meeting Prep

For upcoming meetings, the AI can generate a preparation brief.

How to Use

  1. Find an upcoming meeting on the timeline.

  2. Click the Prep button on the meeting card.

  3. The AI generates a brief covering key context about the account, attendees, and recent activity.

  4. A modal opens showing the preparation steps and final brief.

  5. Once complete, the button changes to See Brief (green), and you can review it at any time.

Refreshing a Prep

If new information becomes available before the meeting, you can re-run the prep to get an updated brief.

Meeting Follow-Up

For completed or no-show meetings, the AI can generate follow-up actions.

How to Use

  1. Find a completed meeting on the timeline.

  2. Click the Follow Up button on the meeting card.

  3. The AI generates recommended follow-up actions and notes.

  4. A modal opens showing the execution steps and results.

Data Sources

Meeting data comes from your connected CRM:

  • Salesforce — Calendar events with associated accounts and opportunities.

  • HubSpot — Meeting activities with linked companies and deals.

  • Gong — When Gong recordings are linked to calendar events, participant email data is enriched automatically.

Constraints

  • The Meetings page displays one day at a time. Use the navigation arrows to browse different days.

  • Meeting data depends on your CRM integration. Only events synced from your CRM appear.

  • A maximum of 10 preps and 10 follow-ups can be in progress simultaneously.

  • Prep and follow-up generation can be cancelled while in progress.

  • Meeting properties (subject, time, attendees) are read-only — edit them in your CRM.

FAQ

Q: Why don't I see any meetings? A: Meetings are sourced from your CRM. Ensure your Salesforce or HubSpot integration is connected and that calendar events are syncing.

Q: Can I prep for meetings on future days? A: Yes. Navigate to a future day using the arrows and click Prep on any upcoming meeting.

Q: What if a meeting has no associated company? A: The meeting card will display attendee initials instead of a company logo. The prep and follow-up features still work, though with less account context.

Q: How long does prep generation take? A: Typically a few minutes. The modal shows real-time progress as the AI gathers and synthesizes information.

Q: Can I view a previous prep or follow-up? A: Yes. Once generated, the button changes to "See Brief" or "See Follow-Up" — click it at any time to review the content.

Q: Does Gong call recording data appear here? A: Gong participant data is used to enrich attendee information. Full call recordings and transcripts are not directly accessible on this page.
