Setting up starter dashboards showing channel, campaign, and asset based attribution
Providing resources for you to branch off and build more specific dashboards
Week 1
Needed information for HockeyStack team
How do you track your events or offline touchpoints (if you use HubSpot as CRM)?
Do you have a data warehouse that has historical website activity recorded, with email addresses attached to the people that have done the activity?
Do you want Outbound to get attribution? (if you use Salesforce as CRM)
If yes, which "Task” subjects, types, or other filtering on this object represents outbound activity?

Set up funnel stages inside HockeyStack
Set up salesforce UTM fields inside HockeyStack for backwards compatibility (optional)

Review initial out of the box dashboards and deliver a questions / revisions / feedback document to your CSM
Week 2

Deliver guidance and support needed to get all questions / revisions / feedback resolved

Use guidance from HockeyStack to extend dashboards, leading up to your Internal Launch.

Help with any material needed to prepare for Internal Launch
