Create a New View
Each View defines a set of criteria that powers your workflows. Whether you’re targeting high-intent leads, monitoring accounts shifts, or enriching stale records — it all starts with a view.
How to do it?
Go to Views -> Create View.
Click on 'Filters'.

When adding filters, every filter matches with AND logic to refine your dataset.

🔍 Filter Categories Explained
🧠 ACCOUNT INTELLIGENCE
Exists in CRM Filter to only show accounts that already exist (or don’t exist) in your CRM.
Intent Score Filter based on how strong the intent is, calculated by HockeyStack. Example: Only show accounts with an intent score 'Hot' and 'On Fire'.
Intent Score Trend Shows whether the score is cooling, heating, or staying neutral over time. Example: Show companies whose intent score trend is 'surging'.
🌟 MAIN
Is In Stage Choose accounts based on the stage they are in (e.g., MQL, SQL, Opportunity, No Stage). Typically reflects lifecycle stages in your CRM or workflows.
Who Have Done Filter for companies that have completed GoalsFunnel Stages Goals you’ve set in HockeyStack Example: Companies who visited your website.
Who Have Not Done The inverse of the above — filter for companies that have not completed specific goals. Example: Accounts that have not submitted a contact form.
⚡️ TOUCHPOINTS
Touchpoints let you filter accounts based on their marketing interaction history—what channels they came through, which campaigns they saw, and which assets drove engagement. These filters help you isolate specific behaviors across marketing touchpoints.
🧳 COMPANY PROPERTIES
Standard company/account attributes — pulled from your CRM. We fill these using our own data, which is derived from your tracked activities and first-party analytics.
💼 ENRICHED COMPANY PROPERTIES
Properties enriched by third-party data providers (not necessarily in your CRM), combined with HockeyStack’s internal enrichment.
👤 OWNER PROPERTIES
Use these filters when you want to segment accounts based on who owns them internally—whether that's a sales rep, CSM, or someone else on your team.
🤝 DEAL PROPERTIES
These filters let you segment accounts by what's happening in your CRM's opportunity/deal object. Perfect for targeting based on pipeline stage, revenue potential, or deal lifecycle status.
Each view you create is a building block — and you can reuse the same one in multiple workflows.

To edit a View enter it and click on "Filters". Add filters of your choice and click "Save View".
