Account Intel Influence Tracker Dashboard

Pre - build

Before getting started with the Account Intelligence Influence Tracker dashboard, you need to build the following two goals:

  • Account Surfaced

  • Sales Touchpoints

Building the Dashboard

Pipeline Goal

Go to Setting > Data Categorization, find the goal for Pipeline, Closed Won as well as the deal amount field:

Lift Report - CVR from Sales Touchpoint -> Opp

1. Set Up the Report Details Panel (Left Panel)

  • Name: Give your report a clear name — e.g., CVR from Sales Touchpoint → Opp.

  • Visualization Type: Select Lift

  • User Grouping: Set to Companies — this aggregates results at the account level.

  • Date Range: Choose a relevant period (e.g., This Quarter).

2. Define the Lift Analysis (Right Panel)

  • Definition: Choose A sequence of actions.

  • Select Sales Touchpoint as the first action.

  • Select NB/Exp Opp Created as the second action.

  • Apply breakdown in the first step; date range and count in the second step

  • Over: Select the start event, which should be a Goal named Sales Touchpoint.

3. Add Model Cohorts

  • Use the Model Cohorts to compare with Goals > Account Surfaced

  • Name: # Accounts Surfaced

  • Visualization Type: Select Number

  • Date Range: Choose a relevant period (e.g., This Quarter).

  • Definition: Choose Account Surfaced goal > Companies

  • Name: # Accounts Surfaced -> Sales Touchpoints

  • Visualization Type: Select Number

  • Date Range: Choose a relevant period (e.g., This Quarter).

  • Definition: Choose A sequence of actions > Companies

    • Define the sequence as below:

  • Name: # Accounts Surfaced -> Sales Touch -> Opp

  • Visualization Type: Select Number

  • Date Range: Choose a relevant period (e.g., This Quarter)

  • Definition: Choose A sequence of actions > Companies

    • Define the sequence as below:

  • Date Range: Choose a relevant period (e.g., This Quarter)

  • Definition: Choose A sequence of actions

    • Define the upper sequence as below: then choose the deal amount used in the data categorization page

  • Define the lower sequence as below then choose Companies.

Number report - Average Close Rate with Account Intelligence

  • Visualization Type: Select Number

  • Date Range: Choose a relevant period (e.g., This Quarter)

  • Definition: Choose A sequence of actions > Companies

    • Define the both sequences as:

  • Apply this filter on the upper sequence:

  • Finally, change the Ratio Format to %

Number report - Average Close Rate without Account Intelligence

  • Date Range: Choose a relevant period (e.g., This Quarter).

  • Definition: Choose A sequence of actions > Companies

    • Define the both sequences as:

  • Apply this filter on the upper sequence:

  • Apply this filter on the lower sequence:

Number report - % Surfaced Accounts Touched

  • Date Range: Choose a relevant period (e.g., This Quarter).

  • Definition: Choose A sequence of actions > Companies

    • Define the sequences as:

  • Over: Account Surfaced > Companies

Number report - % pipeline influenced

  • Visualization Type: Select Number

  • Date Range: Choose a relevant period (e.g., This Quarter)

  • Definition: Choose A sequence of actions > the Deal Amount field you get from data categorization page

    • Define the sequences as:

  • Over Pipeline goal > Deal Amount field

  • Finally change the Ratio Format to %

  • Visualization Type: Select Number

  • Date Range: Choose a relevant period (e.g., This Quarter)

  • Definition: Upper A sequence of actions > Times done

    • Define the sequences as:

  • Definition: Lower A sequence of actions > Companies

    • Define the sequences as: (be careful where to apply count)

  • Visualization Type: Select Number

  • Date Range: Choose a relevant period (e.g., This Quarter)

  • Definition: Upper A sequence of actions >Times done

    • Define the sequences as:

  • Definition: Lower A sequence of actions > Companies

    • Define the sequences as:

  • Apply the filter on both sequences:

Lastly, Click Analyze with Odin AI to generate an AI report for the Account Intelligence Influence dashboard
