Before getting started with the Account Intelligence Influence Tracker dashboard, you need to build the following two goals:
Account Surfaced
Sales Touchpoints
Go to Setting > Data Categorization, find the goal for Pipeline, Closed Won as well as the deal amount field:
Name: Give your report a clear name — e.g., CVR from Sales Touchpoint → Opp
.
Visualization Type: Select Lift
User Grouping: Set to Companies
— this aggregates results at the account level.
Date Range: Choose a relevant period (e.g., This Quarter
).
Definition: Choose A sequence of actions
.
Select Sales Touchpoint
as the first action.
Select NB/Exp Opp Created
as the second action.
Apply breakdown in the first step; date range and count in the second step
Over: Select the start event, which should be a Goal named Sales Touchpoint
.
Use the Model Cohorts
to compare with Goals > Account Surfaced
Name: # Accounts Surfaced
Visualization Type: Select Number
Date Range: Choose a relevant period (e.g., This Quarter
).
Definition: Choose Account Surfaced goal > Companies
Name: # Accounts Surfaced -> Sales Touchpoints
Visualization Type: Select Number
Date Range: Choose a relevant period (e.g., This Quarter
).
Definition: Choose A sequence of actions > Companies
Define the sequence as below:
