Odin can now respond to follow-up questions! It decides whether to reuse the same reports from the initial question or create a new plan if needed. This makes it much easier to handle complex analyses in a more natural, conversational flow.
Lead scoring just got a lot smarter! We've added more granular analysis for recent touchpoints and detecting key people in the account to show in Journey Summaries and Next Steps. We've also revamped the structure to focus on what really matters for you - but don't forget that you can always instruct the model where to focus on by adding your custom rules from Settings!
Now AI nodes in Workflows have access to much more datapoints from the buyer journey and can perform deep research on your accounts based on your prompt. This means better contact discovery and more thoughtful responses to your questions.
HockeyStack can now analyze and gather insights from every conversation your Sales Reps are having with prospects through our new Gong integration! We pull all conversations along with the transcripts and key highlights.
This data is immediately available in the account journeys but also in the lead scoring models and AI agents you built within the platform.
Enhanced Fingerprinting: We are introducing a newer version of our fingerprinting logic with increased accuracy and better support for incognito and VPN visits. Talk with your Customer Success Manager to get this added to your plan!
HubSpot Properties to Pull List in Settings: HockeyStack by default pulls a subset of default properties and all custom properties from HubSpot. However, if there are any other properties from any object that you want to be pulled, you can now do it directly from Settings!
We've added new access levels so that you can separate based on whether they should see the Account Intelligence product or the Marketing Reporting product or both!
