The HockeyStack implementation is a 2-4 week process geared towards:

  1. Getting your data into HockeyStack accurately

  2. Setting up your ICP, scoring your accounts/leads

  3. Improving scoring based on historicals

  4. Building the initial Workflows

  5. Getting Adoption from the relevant teams

Week 1

  • Needed information for HockeyStack team

    • What is your ICP?

      • Other than firmographics, are there any other properties that would make an account a great fit for your sales team?

      • What makes a lead great? Think of titles, roles, seniority, etc.

    • If you used scoring previously, what are the historical results? Can we access the data in your CRM to improve our scoring?

    • What are the manual tasks you have that we can automate with Nova AI (Our Sales AI agents)

  • Customer tasks

    • Connect CRM

    • Connect Marketing Automation

    • Connect ad platforms

    • Connect website script

    • Initial goals and segments (If you are not already a HockeyStack Reporting customer)

    • Send us your ICP and any other properties we should use in scoring

    • Give feedback to scoring

Week 1 Deliverables:

  • 100-150 Scored Accounts with leads

  • Historical accuracy comparison (If available)

  • Scoring advancements

Week 2 Deliverables:

  • Refining the scoring and ICP

  • Building the initial Workflows

  • Customer training sessions

  • Building the first AI Agents

Week 3 Deliverables:

  • Deploying any work needed on Workflows

  • Working on Customer adoption

  • Building Dashboards to monitor Account Intelligence performance
