This guide is aimed to walk through how to set up sequences and sequence rules in Sales Engagement Platforms so that HockeyStack workflows can properly enroll contacts to the right sequences without overriding existing lists.

Apollo

When you are enrolling contacts to a sequence, by default, Apollo does not let you enroll them if they are already active in another sequence OR if they have already finished any other sequence.

This is also true for when HockeyStack is assigning contacts to sequences so that you do not double enroll.

If you want more granular control over when to not send emails you can do it through the Apollo UI by going to Settings tab under the Sequence you have selected.
